Montana has an abundance of nice lodging. Rates vary widely depending on the season and the type of lodging.  Some cities are more expensive than others, so goes lodging too.  Top hotels may be sold out early in the day or with advanced booking during the peak tourist season.

Most of the lodging in this list will satisfy cost conscious travelers. But a few of the accommodations are a bit on the expensive side.  Note, Montana has lots of other lodging accommodations which are not on this list.

Choosing a hotel on price alone is not a good strategy.  Before booking a particular property, consider its location.  Proximity to the best restaurants and places that offer entertainment is important.  The Lark in Bozeman is right on Main Street, a few steps away from great dining and entertainment.  So nice!  Advice from  a friend or a travel advisor may help you find the best available lodging.  Plan ahead!
